PhD Applications 2021/2022

The Gran Sasso Science Institute offers 8 PhD scholarships in Computer Science. The official language for all PhD courses is English. The scholarships are awarded for 4 years and their yearly amount is € 16,159.91 gross. All PhD students will have free accommodation at the GSSI facilities and use of the canteen. The shortlists have now been published.

Sidecar, a podcast about science

Sidecar is the new podcast project of Gran Sasso Science Institute published on the most common distribution platforms such as Apple Podcast, Spotify, Google Podcast.   In each episode a GSSI researcher meets an expert from different discipline to discuss on current issues about culture and science. The podcast is available at Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Podcasts.


My Story

Before joining GSSI, I have been assistant professor at the University of L’Aquila, associate professor at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, and full professor at the University of Florence and at Université de Paris.
